How to "group" the constituents of the Reports

To bring in more contextual visualization, we provide you with the flexibility to choose how you want the data to be grouped and presented.

Click Edit Table Settings, and click Group by.

You can group the tables by team, plan, focus area, owner or health, type, or you can choose multiple options to display your report accordingly. 

For example, if you choose focus areas and health, then the tables will be grouped by health within a focus area - Objectives on track will be grouped, at risk will be grouped, and so on within each focus areas, and will be displayed one after the other. If an option is disabled, this means you cannot group it by that option, and you'll need to choose some other available options, as per your need.

Close the table settings to see the generated report.

Group by - Teams table:

At this point, you can group this table only by the plans that the users are part of. We'll be adding more options to group by, in future.

Group by - Initiatives table:

At this point, you can group this table either by plan or by owner. We'll be adding more options to group by, in future.

Group by - Measures table:

You can group the data in the table by plan, focus area, team, health, owner, type, and so on, or you can choose multiple options to display your report accordingly.

Group by - Progress table:

You can group the data in the table by plan, focus area, team, health, and owner, or you can choose multiple options to display your report accordingly.

For example, if you choose health and owner, then the tables will be grouped by owners within a health label - Objectives owned by different owners which're on track will be grouped, at risk will be grouped, and so on for the objectives owned by different owners. If an option is disabled while selecting this combination, this means you cannot group it by that option, and you'll need to choose some other available options, as per your need.

Group by - Discover table:

You can group the data in this table by plan or focus area or both. Depending on the option you choose, the data will be grouped and displayed accordingly.

For example, if you choose plan and focus area, then the objectives and its success criteria will be grouped by the focus areas within the plans chosen in the data source or filters.
