2.5. - Projects
Previous Section: 2.4.2.1 - Measure Custom Targets and Expected Progress
Projects are useful for grouping related Actions that serve as containers for these smaller elements.
Each project can have its own set of Actions, and its overall progress is determined by the average completion of these associated elements. We recommend using Projects when you have a collection of Actions that logically roll up under a single initiative.
The Project progress and health is auto-calculated based on the average of the underlying Actions. In order to accurately reflect the Project progress, you must ensure the progress of the Actions are kept up to date. (Current calculations are a straight average, but there is flexibility to custom weight these calculations if desired)
