4.2 - Keeping everyone informed with contextual updates

Scheduled Updates are a great way to keep your team informed and aligned. By regularly sharing context, you contribute to a valuable historical record that can be used to build reports and analyze your team's performance over time. Based on your organization's preferences, you can use the default template or a custom one. (i.e - you may have a 'Monthly Update' or 'Leadership Team Quarterly Update')
You can post an update from several places within the platform. These updates will automatically be added against the element and will appear in reports under 'Last Update'.
If you are in My Work, click the Update button:

You can also click on any element to open the Sidebar, where you will find the Update tab to post your update alongside see any previous updates:

To ensure you get an email notification to post an update, ensure the Scheduled Update is calendared:
