Administration Activities

Note: This page is accessible and visible only for users who has an Admin/Manager role assigned to their profile. While all the functionalities are available for Admin, the Managers can see only the Users part of it!

You can manage your accounts or subscriptions, users, access permissions, and all other admin activities from the Administration page.

Click on your profile initials at the top-right corner from any of the pages and you can see Admin.


Click Settings > Admin to navigate to the Administration page. From the Users tab, you can manage the users in your team, while you can manage your subscriptions or account from the Billings tab. You can rename the components of your plan from the Strategy model tab, create custom fields and templates from Custom fields tab, enable or disable multi-factor authentication (MFA or 2FA) from the Security tab, do bulk assign or bulk import of goals from the Bulk tools tab, and create custom templates to post updates from the Update templates tab!
