How to Request Deletion

To start the process, please contact our support team using the following method:

  1. Contact Us: Through the live chat or send an email to support@cascade.app

  2. Subject Line: Please use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

  3. To help us process your request quickly, please include:

    • Your full name 

    • Your email

    • A brief reason for leaving (optional, but we appreciate the feedback!).

Note: Once we receive your request, our team will process the deletion within 3–5 business days. You will receive final confirmation once the process is complete.
