Only users with "Admin" role can view this page or make any changes.
You can view your subscription details in the Billing tab of the Administration page.
The payment process
The payment, billing, and subscriptions are managed by Chargebee. Depending on what you choose, i.e., monthly or yearly subscription, the amount is calculated. When you click Upgrade, your order gets defaulted to 5 user-seats, and the credit is displayed.
In case you're in the trial period, and wish to upgrade, then you'll be charged only after the trial day period even though you do the payment now.

Check the amount, and click Proceed to Checkout. In the Add your account details window, enter your name (optional), and email address (mandatory), and click Next.

In the Add your billing address window, enter your billing address details (personal or company). Toggle the switch to update your shipping address if it's different from your billing address.

Enter your Credit card details in the Credit card tab of Add your payment details window. You can also do the payment via PayPal gateway from the PayPal tab. Click Next.

The account summary is displayed, and you can click Edit against any detail to update it. If the details are right, click Pay $xx & subscribe to finish the payment process.

Click Close, and you get a message pop-up confirming your upgrade.
You'll see the billing details updated in the Billing tab, and the Next Payment defaulting to same date, next year.
Once you've upgraded, you can see the details of your subscription, and links to view invoices, update payment details or cancel subscription, all under the same page.
On this page, click:

View Invoices to download any past invoices for your Cascade subscription. The invoices are downloaded in PDF format.

Update Payment Details to make changes to your payment details (including changing the credit card, or adding a new one, or setting it as a primary/backup option), or if you’ve received an email saying that your payment was not able to be processed.

Cancel subscription to cancel your premium subscription, and roll back to Free Teams tier. You can reactivate your subscription at any time in the future and your data will remain safe and sound.
FAQs
What currencies can I pay in?
We currently support USD. We’ll be adding more currencies soon, so drop us a line on Cascade Support and we’ll let you know when we support your local currency.
Do you provide refunds?
Under most circumstances, we don’t provide refunds for subscriptions you’ve already paid upfront for.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If you are a 20+ user account and would rather pay by EFT, Wire, Check or another form of payment, please contact us directly.
How do I add more users to my plan?
Additional seats can be added to a plan by an Admin or Manager simply adding more users from the ‘Users’ page. Our billing is based on the true count of users as long as it's above the plan or contracted minimum seat count. The billing details on file will be charged immediately for the prorated cost of that user, from activation to the end of the billing month.
Can minimum seat requirements be waived?
No, we don't waive minimum seat counts for any tiers.
When will I be charged?
You can find the next billing date on the billing page of your workspace, Admin > Billing. Payments happen on the same calendar day, monthly or annually depending on the period of subscription selected.
If I upgrade from a Premium Trial to Premium, do I still get my remaining trial period?
If you upgrade on an annual plan, your Premium trial will continue until expiry.
If I remove a user mid-period, will I be credited for the remaining time?
Yes, a credit will be applied for your account for any remaining time above the minimum seat cap on your plan.
If I add a user mid-month, how will I be charged?
If your trial period has ended, and you are above your minimum user limit, a pro-rated charge will be applied to your card immediately. The ongoing charge for the new user will be added at your next billing date.
In the case you're still on Premium trial, no pro-rated charge will apply until your first billing date, at which point you will be charged the full monthly or annual amount as part of your regular billing cycle.
If adding a new users means you're still at or below your minimum user commitment, no additional charges will be taken.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual payments by contacting Cascade Support.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, we offer payments by invoice for accounts with more than 20 paid user seats.
