2.4 - Adding Success Criteria (Projects, Actions and Measures)

Previous Section: 2.3 - Defining Objectives

To effectively track your Objectives, you'll define success criteria that clearly outline how the Objective will be achieved.

Success Criteria(s) include:

  • Project (that contain related Actions)
  • Action (qualitative)
  • Measure (quantitative)
  • Contribution (an objective from a different plan that also contributes to yours)

We recommend setting both qualitative and quantitative success criteria for your objective. This approach ensures you capture a complete picture of your progress, combining measurable and 'to do' outcomes with meaningful impact.

Now that you understand what success criteria are, let's dive into the specifics. Next, we'll explore Actions in detail, and how they help you manage the qualitative steps needed.
